Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your YEPRIL piece. You may return unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
How to Return
- Email info@qlas.shop with your order number.
- Pack items securely with original tags/packaging.
- Ship back using a trackable method (return shipping costs are your responsibility unless item is defective).
Refunds
Refunds issued to original payment method within 7–14 days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exceptions
- Final sale items (sale/discounted) cannot be returned.
- Custom rhinestone work is non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.
Defective/damaged items? Contact us within 7 days for free return label or replacement.
